I have tried meal prepping and I love it...But my one problem has always been my lack of creativity with ingredients and also keeping track of foods that are difficult to measure (i.e. a cut of chicken the size of your palm; a cup of spinach --" does a cup mean cooked/uncooked?" -- etc.) Im a college student, lack the financial resources and desire to spend money on items such as food scales, and like easy ways to be conscious of what Im eating during meals. Ive done my fair share of reading up on nutrition in the past 5-6 years or so, but I am no expert and appreciate an app like this one that helps make food prep, ingredient lists, and creative dishes easier and more convenient for my sporadic and sleep-deprived schedule. 5 stars, because Ive been waiting for this app concept to finally become alive.
