Put your diet on autopilot with Eat This Much. Tell us your diet goals, the foods you like, your budget, and what your schedule looks like, and well automatically generate a complete meal plan to meet your targets. Its like having a personal diet assistant.

We offer both free accounts and premium accounts. As a free user, you can create a days meal plan and completely customize it however you want. Each meal can have different preferences, and your nutrition targets can be whatever you like.

As a premium user, well automatically generate a week of meal plans and send them to you with a grocery list via email. As you follow the plans, you can track what you did or didnt eat, and if you deviate from the plans, we make it easy to readjust your targets for the next week to stay on track. Try out the free account to see if our meal plans appeal to you, and upgrade when youre ready.

Normal calorie trackers force you to add foods into your diary one by one. And by the end of the day, theres no guarantee that youll be anywhere near the nutrition targets youre trying to reach. With our automatic planner, theres nothing to track because everything is already entered for you, and all you have to do is follow the plan.


Subscription options:
- You can download the app for free and create/customize as many unique meal plans as you want, and save one to your account.
- To unlock the features of Eat This Much Premium, you can subscribe for either the monthly or yearly description.

Auto-renew details:
- The price to subscribe in your currency will be shown in the app before confirming the subscription.
- After the free trial has ended, payment will be charged to your iTunes Account.
- Your subscription will auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the current period (the auto-renew will continue with the same frequency that you select, either the monthly price for the monthly subscription or yearly price for the yearly subscription).
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price you initially paid.
- Auto-renew can be turned off at any time from your iTunes Account Settings.
- If you cancel your subscription or turn off auto renew in the middle of a billing cycle your account will remain premium until the end of that cycle.

Apple health integration:
Apple health syncing can be enabled in Settings -> Apple Health -> Enable Apple Health syncing for Premium users.

When Apple Health is enabled:
- your weight will automatically import and export when you login and when you view your user profile
- nutrition information will automatically export for meals marked "I ate this" when they are first viewed in the app and as you edit them

Eat This Much - Meal Planner app good for

As a guy who works out, this app allows me to find nice recipes ideas for my meals. I can then plan my food for the day or the week.
I like the concept of the app and its structure. Of course the design could be a prettier (i like the Lifesum app very much) but it gets the job done. A few improvements might be good though: - support for landscape view on iPad - More detailed nutrition stats of an item in planner (the actual ingredients of the items have detailed stats already), that means for carbs also "of which sugar" or for cats also saturated fats etc. - Maybe localized versions of the app and the planner items, so it fits other countries too. One could for example choose in setting the desired language and then will be presented only food items in this language. I suggest to strictly divide food catalogues and not mix food items of several languages up (as Lifesum does it), so that Eat This Much remains a well organised catalogue.
So far so good. For me, I really like how its more than just a calorie counter. It calcs how much carbs/proteins/fats are in what I ate that day. Everyday Im learning more about the apps features (new user). The team are very responsive to questions and emailed me with tips on how to better utilize it. Seriously considering getting the premium version.

I recommend anyone with a busy schedule to use this app. It makes dieting so much easier and tasty!
Organized and user friendly. Nutrition breakdown by macro intake. Colours and image sizes are great! Helped me get back on track!!

Some bad moments

This is ridiculous. Im charged $14 per month and cant find any way to cancel subscription. That option is greyed out in the app.
I love the idea of this app - until they gave me the same breakfast, lunch and dinner for 4 of the 7 days of the week. They need more recipes, which would seem to be an easy fix. Until then, this app is not worth the money - at all.
I thought Id found the perfect food planning app. Great layout, great settings, the works. Them I noticed that the meals never seemed to get even halfway to the protein reqs I placed. I understand this is a lack of recipes in the database, but if Im paying you money, I shouldnt have to build that database for you. Fix your app to look after vegan/vegetarian lifters and youll get my money, until then.....I guess Ill keep looking.
This app has changed my life! I used to do low-carb diets however they were no long term and I would eventually gain the weight right back and FAST! This allows for me to have a flexible diet along with having fun with my friends without feeling guilty at all. 5 stars out of 5. Oh, and I DO NOT work for this company! *REAL REVIEW
This is great for generating meal plans that follow your macros. Its very personalized! What would make this app perfect is calorie and macro integration with Apple Health and/or Fitbit.
I noticed some major inaccuracies in review of my first days meal plan. (1/2 cup of black beans do not contain 60 g of carbs) This app has a lot of potential though.
